According to reports, the in-progress mansion is secretly for sale to any ambitious buyer who has deep pockets, and a penchant for a project!
Back in January 2013, when they first found out they were pregs with baby North, K&K bought a plenty-nice Tuscan-style mansion in a gated community for about $9 million, and then proceeded to strip it down, remove entire walls, push it out further to the backyard, change the plans, change them again, all before finally throwing their hands in the air and heading to Hidden Hills, where they spent $20 million on a gorgeous, brand-new (no changes necessary) mansion just around the corner from mama Kris Jenner.
